When confirmation of order is received via the website, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a confirmation of order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
For ease of transport, all of our Mini-greenhouses and Cold frames are despatched in component form for assembly onsite. Comprehensive, step-by-step instructions are provided for each model.
Our aim is to deliver your order to you in perfect condition. Occasionally things go wrong and there is either damage to the goods caused by the carrier, or a component may be faulty or missing. Thankfully these are rare occurrences, but if anything does go wrong, it is our aim to rectify the situation as soon as practically possible, with the minimum of hassle on your part. Obviously, in this case any replacement parts will be sent out at no cost to you. This policy does not affect your legal rights. If you do decide to return the goods, they must be returned to the place where you took possession.
Outlined below is our returns policy if the goods arrive with you in good condition, but you simply change your mind about the product.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
We understand that sometimes when you order online, the products are not quite what you expected. As we wish all of our customers to be happy with their purchase, we allow you to return your purchase to us within 16 days of receipt. Outlined below are instructions for you to follow if you wish to take advantage of this facility.1. If you wish to cancel your order before despatch, please let us know in writing. We will then refund in full any money paid to us. Frames and Mini greenhouses that have been ordered with a colour coating are considered special order items and cannot be cancelled once we have commenced powder coating.2. If you wish to cancel your order after you have received the product, please let us know in writing within 16 days of receipt. You will need to arrange to get the goods back to our factory at Crick, within 28 days of receipt. If the goods are unopened then we will refund you the cost of the items less the outward carriage cost. If the goods have been opened they must be in a saleable condition. 3. Any goods or components which in the opinion of the company are received back in an unsaleable condition will not be refunded. As carrier companies sometimes damage goods, and will not insure glass, we recommend that mini-greenhouses and cold frames are returned in person.
Please note: Access Garden Products is a division of Access Irrigation Ltd. Access Irrigation Ltd will therefore appear on your credit card statement.
MADE IN BRITAIN
We are a UK based manufacturer of aluminium greenhouses. Our aluminium greenhouses, growhouses, cold frames and cloches are manufactured at our factory in the United Kingdom. Some non-aluminium cloches, watering fittings, gifts and other accessories are not manufactured in the UK. If you need to know the Country of Origin then please contact us for details.
