Manufactured from robust toughened glass, this staging is rated to support up to 50kg, ensuring durability and reliability. The glass allows light to pass through to lower levels, reducing shading and optimising growth. During the summer, the staging can be easily removed to accommodate taller plants such as tomatoes, offering flexibility for seasonal planting.

This accessory increases your Growhouse’s capacity by up to a third and is compatible with all models manufactured since 2002.

Mist Watering System

Enhance your Mini Growhouse with a built-in mist watering system, designed to gently water the plants using slim pipes and precision mist spray nozzles. This fine mist is delicate enough for nurturing seedlings while also ideal for creating short bursts of humidity to support optimal growing conditions.

The system includes a convenient snap connector for effortless attachment to your garden hose. For added convenience, a timer can be incorporated to automate irrigation, ensuring your plants are consistently watered even when on holiday.

To promote optimal plant growth, particularly in sunny conditions or for more sensitive species, a shade cover is an excellent addition to your mini greenhouse.

This adaptable accessory attaches easily to the greenhouse frame, with the option to cover just the roof or extend to the front for additional shade. When shading is no longer required, the cover can be quickly removed, giving you full flexibility over the internal environment.

Made from durable, high-quality shading material, the cover reduces light transmission by around 60%, helping to maintain a cooler, more stable climate for your plants. For improved ventilation, the roof panels can be removed before adding the shade cover, ensuring enhanced airflow and better temperature control.

Timber raised bases can serve two purposes, they can either be filled with soil to allow soil grown crops in the mini greenhouse, or they can have slats fitted to make the floor of the Mini greenhouse higher – ideal if bending is more difficult of for wheelchair users.

With a soil filled raised bed, the glass of the greenhouse traps the heat inside the greenhouse, warming the soil and allowing it to reach a growing temperature earlier in the season – producing much earlier crops. The soil also acts a thermal mass, providing greater frost protection.

If a slatted floor is fitted, the plants are raised off the cold patio in the winter and in the summer, the cooler air in the base helps air circulation on warm days. The slatted base also reduces bending. For tall crops such as tomatoes, the slats can b removed and the pot dropped down into the base, giving more growing height. The wooden bases are available between one and 5 tiers high.

The seed tray shelves provide a great way to sore seed trays and use slim aluminium bars to ensure the shelves do not rob light from lower levels. However, if you have a small pot, the space between the bars may be too wide.

Aluminium shelf covers are available for wide or narrow shelves and allow small pots to be placed on the shelves. The removable covers come with black capillary matting to absorb drip when the plants are watered.
