Accessories, spares, brass, gardening gifts, bell cloches are usually despatched within 2 working days
LEAD TIMES – We are quoting up to 7 days despatch for uncoated models, 2-4 weeks lead time for coloured models (depending on colour).
WOODEN RAISED BASES – 1-2 weeks
DELIVERY
PLEASE NOTE – Our frames require a more specialist carrier service and the deliveries can take up to 5 working days from despatch.
If you would prefer a 1-2 day delivery, please get in touch and we will see if this option is available in your area at an additional cost. Despatch details and a tracking number will be emailed to you on despatch.
Our Mini greenhouses (except the Value Range and Cold Frames) have delivery included to mainland addresses in England, Wales and southern Scotland. See extra delivery charges below for outside of these areas.
Value Wall Frames and Cold Frames are delivery extra. As these are very heavy, delivery charges start at £24. If ordering multiple units, we can quote for delivery.
In Scotland, standard delivery charges apply to the following mainland postcodes:
AB10/11/12/15/16/21/22/23/24/25/30/39 (some AB41/AB42), DD, DG, EH, FK (excluding FK 19-21), G , KA (excluding KA 27-28), KY, ML, PA1-19, PH2-PH4 and PH11-PH14 (some PH1/PH10 postcodes), TD. For customers who are offshore or in northern Scotland, we can quote for delivery.
With our gift range, prices are based on the product weight and delivery charges start at £3.95 for postage and packing going up to £5.95 for items going via Fedex.
Some smaller items such as brass fittings are just £1.95 postage and packing.
Delivery charges are for mainland England, Wales and southern Scotland. For offshore orders, orders to the Scottish Highlands or orders for delivery outside the UK, please contact us for a written quotation.
Costs depend on the weight of the mini greenhouse/cold frame ordered, so for an accurate quote contact us with the model you are interested in and your address.
